Refund and Returns Policy

Almost all items on FitOnShop.com are eligible for return, you can exchange the item or get refund if you are not satisfied with them.

However, clothing items or other merchandise that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or have had their tags or hygiene sticker removed are not eligible for return.

Other items not allowed for return includes grocery and food products and gift items.

Returns request must be made within 30 days of your delivery date for a refund or exchange

We provide return labels for US domestic returns. Once the label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund or exchange.
We charge $6 return shipping fee for domestic returns, which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund original shipping fee

We accept international returns, however we are unable to provide return labels for international shipments. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return had been received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1~2 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If you opt to exchange your item, once your return is accepted, the exchange will be processed with the same processing and shipping times as the original order.

Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.
